Introducing the Agility Blue Outlook Add-in

For Microsoft Outlook users, the new companion Outlook add-in brings some of Agility Blue's task management capabilities directly into your Microsoft Outlook environment. When installed, the add-in allows you to create tasks from your emails without requiring you to leave your inbox. The add-in works in desktop, online, as well as mobile versions of Outlook.

Create New Tasks from an Email

Create tasks in Agility Blue directly from an Outlook email, and take action on existing tasks from notification emails in Outlook. The new add-in saves users even more time and effort in tracking critical eDiscovery tasks, boosting efficiency and productivity for today’s eDiscovery teams.

Manage Existing Tasks in Outlook

When you come across a task email generated by the add-in directly or by an Agility Blue notification, the add-in panel will display rich details about the task and its project, along with links to access the task in Agility Blue. You may also see a variety of actions available depending on the state of the task and if your account has the proper permissions to perform the actions. Add comments, change task assignment, update QC status, and complete the task right from the add-in panel.
